Refund Policy

Special or Custom orders are final and may not be returned. Our returns department makes it quick and easy to return an eligible item. Eligible items include: products not ordered by customer, incorrect order quantities or product, or damaged/defective products. Any eligible items must be returned within (60) days of receipt and contain all original product packaging and any accessories. Returns must be shipped via a trackable method, such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Order Cancellation: If the option to cancel the purchase is exercised there is a 15% restocking fee and the return shipment of the product would be at the customer's expense.
